Food for today.
Foundation for tomorrow.

Healthy Equitable Living Project is powered by a community of neighbors, volunteers, school partners, and local organizations who believe access to basic needs should never be out of reach. At the heart of our work is our shopping-style emergency food pantry where choice, dignity, and access guide every interaction and every family is met with respect.

Changing Lives, One Meal at a Time.

What sets us apart is our commitment to equity in action. We open our doors on Saturdays, designed for working families who can’t take advantage of services offered during traditional weekday hours. We prioritize fresh fruits and vegetables. And we provide access to frozen meats, a critical resource often unavailable in traditional pantry settings, alongside dairy and culturally relevant foods that reflect the diverse communities we serve.

Together, we are more than a pantry. We are a collective effort to nourish, uplift, and strengthen our community.

Your financial and non-perishable food donations go directly to fighting food insecurity.

Our food pantry resources are available only to families with children currently registered in the Vancouver School District.

We rely on volunteers to help us collect, sort, shelve, and distribute weekly food resources.
